Our Supports

Haven Community Co. provides flexible, person-centred community supports designed around your goals, interests and everyday life. Our focus is on helping you stay connected, build confidence, increase independence and take part in the community in ways that are meaningful to you.

  • Support to access the community, attend activities, explore interests and take part in social or recreational opportunities.

  • Support focused on developing everyday skills, confidence, routines and greater independence in community settings.

  • Transport provided where it forms part of an agreed support, such as travelling to activities, appointments or community outings

  • Support to build practical skills for greater independence in the community, such as planning outings, navigating public transport, managing purchases, communicating in community settings and becoming more confident accessing local services and activities.
